BIO/CV

JUSUF HADŽIFEJZOVIĆ (rođen 1956. godine u Prijepolju, Srbija).

Jusuf Hadžifejzović je bosanskohercegovački umjetnik sa internacionalnom reputacijom koji posljednjih godina živi i stvara u Sarajevu. Poznat je kao performans umjetnik, bavi se instalacijom i “depografijom”, a u proteklih par godina, gotovo opsesivno, i “celebrativnim analitičkim slikarstvom”. U Sarajevu je završio Srednju školu primijenjenih umjetnosti (1971.-1976.). Diplomirao je na Akademiji likovnih umetnosti u Beogradu (1976.-1980.), u klasi profesora Stojana Ćelića. Postdiplomski studij (1980.-1982.) završio je u Dizeldorfu (Njemačka) na Državnoj akademiji umjetnosti, u klasi profesora Klausa Rinkea. Osnivač je projekta “Jugoslovenska dokumenta” i jedan od osnivača kolekcije Ars Aevi. Kao voditelj galerije savremene umjetnosti Charlama Depot 2009. godine je upriličio SubDokumenta u prostorima privrednog grada Skenderija gdje i danas vodi galeriju i Centar kulturnih aktivnosti CeKa Charlama. Izlagao je širom svijeta od Berlina do Južne Koreje.
